Refunds & Exchanges


We strongly believe in the quality of our products and we strive to make every customer satisfied. There are NO exchanges and all sales are final unless there is a defect with the product. In that case, we make it simple and easy to return your purchase.

If for any reason you receive defective merchandise, promptly email us at alt242.team@gmail.com. Please include your name, date of purchase and a picture of the defective merchandise. Also, identify the product purchased and whether you want a refund or an exchange.

If authorized, you should have received a return merchandise authorization (RMA) with your original shipment. Simply return your order to the address on the RMA. Please note:  Returning merchandise without authorization from the email above will not be refunded or exchanged.

We recommend using delivery confirmation to ensure we get your returned shipment. After we have confirmed that we have received this return, your order will be promptly refunded or exchanged (Less shipping and handling). It may take up to 7 to 10 business days to have the banks fund the proper accounts.
