  1. Can I make returns or exchanges? All sales are final. However, if a product comes damaged, please email us at ALT242.team@gmail.com. Attach pictures of the damaged product. We'll investigate the issue and reply with necessary steps required.
  2. Can I track my order? All orders can be tracked. If a package is lost in transit please contact your local post office or carrier.
  3. Do your sizes run small? Every article comes with its own sizing chart in the details section. Please refer to the sizing chart for your body type.
  4. How long does it take to receive my purchase? Right now, due to COVID-19, orders are being shipped 4-9 days. The checkout page will give you an accurate time frame for shipping.
  5. Can I promote your products? Yes, of course! Right now, we currently do exchange for product. You can email us at ALT242.team@gmail.com and put PROMOTION in the subject line.
  6. Can I send my own designs for shirts? We encourage creativity! You can email us your design/color and we’ll try our best to make accommodations for you.
